The PENTAFLEX® ABS formwork element is a combination of a coated joint sheet and profiled formwork. It is used for construction joints of reinforced concrete slabs (floors, walls and ceilings) in contact with water, especially when high demands are made on the shear strength of the bonded joint. The PENTAFLEX KB® joint sheet element reliably seals the joint. The formwork is made of rigid and dimensionally stable expanded metal elements that are stiffened by a special stirrup construction. The ABS element can be supplied for rough or interlocking joints (ABS-R, ABS-V).
