In combination with the PENTAFLEX® module, two single-row FERBOX® rebend connections become a waterproof reinforcement connection. FERBOX® rebend connectors connect two reinforced concrete parts together statically or structurally. To seal the resulting construction joint and so prevent the passage of water through the joint, another reinforcement box with PENTAFLEX® joint sheet is additionally installed between two single-row FERBOX® reinforcement boxes – the PENTAFLEX® module. This guarantees the watertightness of construction joints with rebend connections using proven PENTAFLEX® technology.

Technical details
- Water tightness: tested up to 5.0 bar (due to the construction height, a water pressure of 0.75 bar is permissible according to abP (German building code test certificate))
- Sealed using proven PENTAFLEX® metal joint sheet 60 mm high
- joint sheet anchoring depth in line with abP (German building code test certificate) 30 mm
- Module length: 800 mm or 1200 mm, other lengths on request
- PENTAFLEX® Modul Eck as an addition for corner connections
- Multiple PENTAFLEX® Modul units can be overlapped and connected together by leaving a 50-mm overlap
