PohlCon throughout Germany
Whether in the north, south, west or east: our locations are spread across the whole of Germany. At our four production sites, we manufacture products from various sectors using state-of-the-art systems and machinery. Our eight branches are logistically well distributed so that we have the shortest possible distances to our customers.
We are always on the lookout for reinforcements at the individual locations - be it experienced professionals, career starters or those who would like to start their career with an apprenticeship. We currently employ around 930 people throughout Germany.
Head office in Berlin
Our headquarters and the adjoining plant are located in Nobelstraße in the Neukölln district of Berlin, directly on the Britzer Verbindungskanal canal. With a total of more than 350 employees, this is PohlCon's largest location. The administration, HR department, marketing, IT and, of course, the management are all located here. The sales department for the Berlin-Brandenburg region is also based here. The Berlin plant is located around the six-storey administration building. Around 100 production employees work there in a 3-shift system to manufacture our cable support and underfloor system products. There is also a canteen at the site, which serves breakfast and lunch.
We regularly offer a large number of apprenticeships in Berlin as electronics technicians (m/f/d), industrial clerks (m/f/d), industrial mechanics (m/f/d) or tool mechanics (m/f/d) - supplemented by positions as part of a dual study programme.
Plant in Klettgau
Our Klettgau plant is located between green vineyards and right on the border with Switzerland. On the extensive site, which was recently extended by two new halls, we primarily manufacture our products in the areas of waterproofing, formwork and thermal insulation. A good 50 employees in administration and sales and around 160 employees in production form the heart of this site.
Every year in Klettgau, you have the opportunity to train as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade management clerk (m/f/d).
Trebbin plant
The local plant is surrounded by the unspoilt idyll of the Nuthe-Nieplitz Nature Park. Located in the south of Brandenburg, Trebbin offers both rural tranquillity and urban proximity. The approximately 120 employees manufacture products in the areas of fastening and reinforcement.
In Trebbin, we regularly train industrial mechanics (m/f/d), machine and plant operators (m/f/d) and warehouse logistics specialists (m/f/d).
Plant in Schönecken
The Schönecken plant in the picturesque Eifel region is located in the immediate vicinity of the imposing castle ruins. In the modern production halls, the almost 100 employees mainly manufacture products from the underfloor systems sector.
At the Schönecken plant, we regularly train industrial mechanics (m/f/d), tool mechanics (m/f/d), punching and forming mechanics (m/f/d) and machine and plant operators (m/f/d).
Warehouse in Großbeeren
The centrepiece of PohlCon's product world is our large warehouse in Großbeeren. Thanks to its excellent infrastructure and proximity to Berlin, this is the ideal place to temporarily store our products before they are dispatched all over the world. 45 employees ensure that everything runs smoothly here.
Branches
In addition to the large locations, we also have several branches. These enable our sales team to provide our customers with personalised support on site. The approximately 90 sales representatives and 20 warehouse employees are spread across 8 locations throughout Germany: from Schwerin in the north to Schwülper, Essen, Glauchau, Groß-Umstadt, Mannheim and Backnang to Garching in the south.
