Cable clamps are a long-established solution for routing single cables and bundles of cables up to 175 mm in diameter vertically or horizontally on ceilings and walls. They are used in particular in tunnels or supply shafts and in connection with vertical ladders. Cable clamps are attached to profile rails, tensioning straps, profiled steel or flat steel as well as directly to the substrate. Form-stabilising counter troughs and double troughs should always be used to prevent cable deformations due to excessive point loads on the cables. Special clamps with special plastic troughs are available for laying high-frequency cables. The clamps are also available with lock nuts. This prevents unintentional loosening of the clamp.
