Due to increasing demand for attractive homes in the Aachen area, desirable residential properties were created in a wonderful park with an old tree population in Herzogenrath. The "Living in Casino Park" project by Heins Wohnungsbau GmbH is a symbol of different generations living alongside each other.
In order to structurally connect the freely projecting steel constructions with reinforced concrete components, H-BAU Technik supplied 100 steel connectors for this building project. The excellent thermal properties of these elements resolve the structural problems of thermal bridging at this junction.
