| System-specific support structures for maintaining functionality are cable installations that deviate from the standard-compliant support structures, for example in terms of cable load, support spacing or the permissible support system widths. These deviations are authorised in the relevant general building inspection certificates (abP). Testing is carried out in accordance with DIN 4102-12. Compared with standard-compliant support structures, system-specific support structures are easier to install. The costs involved are also lower. However, with system-specific support structures, there is a direct dependency between the cable support system and the cable manufacturer. Cables and support structures cannot be freely combined with one another. Proof of suitability for the building control procedure is provided exclusively by means of a general building inspection certificate (abP). Detailed information on the support spacings, widths and weights of our support structures can be found in the document 'Funktionserhalt - Rote Mappe: Sonderkonstruktionen AbP-Liste DIN 4102-12', which you can download from our Download Centre (only in german). |
