Internal or external KUNEX® expansion joint tapes are made of thermoplastic polymer (PVC-P) and are suitable for sealing horizontal and vertical expansion joints in in-situ concrete construction. A hollow expansion element enables the components to move about three axes. KUNEX® expansion joint tapes reliably prevent infiltration of the joint system when exposed to pressurised and unpressurised water or soil moisture. Thermoplastic joint tapes can be welded together to ensure they are watertight. KUNEX® expansion joint tapes can be used for expansion joints in wall/wall, slab/slab or floor/floor areas.
