Stainless reinforcing steel is used in structures at risk of corrosion where increased protection against chlorides or moisture or a low concrete cover is required. This ribbed stainless steel reinforcement is ideal for demanding applications in reinforced concrete construction, e.g. in bridge and tunnel construction, in swimming pools and in acidic environments or seawater. It is available in straight, curved or special shapes and construction parts.
