With the new duct system UKO, we are expanding our portfolio with a high-performance solution for the electrical supply of modern office, exhibition and commercial spaces. It provides a reliable infrastructure for screed junction boxes, installation units and various types of installation devices.
Assembly and installation: quick and easy
A particular advantage of UKO is its efficient installation. Cables can be laid before the screed work, which significantly simplifies processes on the construction site. Removable duct covers allow access to the cable routing even during the shell construction phase. At the same time, screed junction boxes with integrated formwork bodies ensure quick assembly, as there is no need for time-consuming levelling of the screed surface. Once the screed has hardened, the formwork body is simply removed and the junction boxes can be fitted with installation devices.
Full flexibility in the planning phase
The system is available in 2- and 3-compartment variants as well as in different heights and widths. This allows UKO to be flexibly adapted to different room sizes, installation requirements and performance needs. Integrated separator bars enable secure and structured cable routing, while the generous duct volume offers sufficient space for later expansions or retrofits.
Compliant with standards, stable and compatible
UKO is suitable for all types of screed and floor coverings and meets the requirements of DIN EN 50085-2-2. The stable construction reliably protects the cables and ensures a high load capacity of up to 1.5 kN even during the construction phase. Standard-compliant transitions from underfloor to wall installation are easily possible thanks to the UVO vertical bend. The system is also compatible with all PohlCon installation units and can be combined with other underfloor solutions from our company.
