Impact sound insulation element Q1

With SINTON® Q, staircases and landings are decoupled from the walls and thus from living and working areas in terms of impact sound. SINTON® Q consists of a load-bearing round mandrel, a running sleeve with reinforcement cage and a sound insulation element with integrated sound insulation bearings. Depending on the design, joint widths of up to 50 mm or 120 mm can be transferred, as well as positive and negative transverse forces. The reinforcement cage of the SINTON® Q1, which can be tilted up to +/- 8°, adapts flexibly to the on-site reinforcement of a spiral staircase. When used with BRM fire protection collars, SINTON® Q complies with fire resistance class R 120.

SINTON® Q has been tested in accordance with DIN 7396 and meets the requirements for increased sound insulation in accordance with DIN 4109-5. SINTON® Q is suitable for use in both masonry and concrete walls. The stair landings can be constructed in in-situ concrete or as prefabricated elements.
