Together with the team in Poland, Grzegorz Baranowicz, the new managing director of the Polish PohlCon subsidiary will drive forward the brand transfer to PohlCon.
Grzegorz Baranowicz has been appointed as the new managing director of EL-PUK in Konstantynów Lódzki, effective August 25, 2025. The graduate automation engineer succeeds the outgoing managing director Toni Kosowski. “Mr. Baranowicz has many years of experience in the construction industry. For the past six years, he has been managing director of an international elevator construction company. This makes him the ideal candidate for this position,” summarizes Oliver D. Gessert, managing director of the PohlCon Group.
The objective for the Polish subsidiary is clearly defined: to leverage the potential of the internationally operating group of companies to strategically expand business in Poland. “I am looking forward to the task ahead, which offers many creative opportunities.
