With the renaming of its Polish subsidiary EL-PUK sp. z o.o., PohlCon is taking the next step toward its goal of “One name, one brand, one company.” This unified brand image strengthens the brand identity and recognition of the internationally active corporate group.
“We’ve been working toward this moment for a long time and are delighted that it has finally arrived,” says Grzegorz Baranowicz, Managing Director of PohlCon Polska. “It’s an important step for us that underscores our affiliation with the corporate group while also ensuring a clearly recognizable brand presence,” he adds.

From PUK TECHNIKA to EL-PUK to PohlCon
The history of EL-PUK began in 1995, when PUK-WERKE KG established its Polish subsidiary, PUK TECHNIKA. The collaboration with Elektromontaż – Łódź SA led to the formation of the joint venture EL-PUK, with its plant and headquarters in Konstantynów Łódzki. In 2003, PUK-WERKE KG acquired all shares held by the Polish side, thereby becoming the 100-percent owner. In 2022, PUK-WERKE KG was integrated into PohlCon.
PohlCon Polska specializes in the manufacture and distribution of cable support systems. With currently 77 employees at two locations, the company is known for high manufacturing quality, customer focus, and innovative solutions.
