Lee’s career spans military service, industrial plant rental, and engineering and manufacturing roles with global businesses headquartered across the DACH region. Most recently, he spent ten years in UK electrical and electronics distribution, with a focus on industrial applications, experience that has sharpened his expertise in business turnaround, strategic growth and team development.

Plans for the future
Lee’s priorities for the next 12 months centre on understanding and supporting the existing team, strengthening customer relationships, and aligning processes for growth. He has identified two clear opportunities: expanding PohlCon UK’s presence in the CPD market, and accelerating growth of its cable support systems across M&E and data centre construction.
Looking further out, Lee sees PohlCon UK building on its core strengths while diversifying into new markets.
“Over the next three to five years, we’ll keep strengthening our position around our core products while developing client training and diversifying into new markets. Everything we do reinforces our commitment to being a ‘partner from start to future’, supporting customers at every stage of their projects.”
