Powerful solutions for secure cable management in modern industrial halls
We were able to complete another large project that involved the production, delivery, and installation of extensive cable support systems. The client was AVS Römer GmbH & Co. KG, a family-owned business in Grafenau that has been successfully operating for 50 years, developing and producing customized components for fluid technology, including pump systems, valve technology, distributor solutions, and sensor technology.
Secure cable management on the ceiling …
We provided a comprehensive package of cable support and fastening systems for the new extension with a floor area of around 6,800 m². Approximately 850 m of perforated RG cable trays of different widths and heights were installed. Additionally, 1,000 m of wide-span cable trays were used for large spans. The WPR 150 and WLR 200 models allow support spacings of up to 8 and 10 m respectively – ideal for large hall structures.
Our U-shaped support structure system secured the cable-carrying components safely to the wall and ceiling. Over 500 KW, KWMS and KWS brackets were installed, depending on the load requirements. Bracket supports KDI and brackets KTS were used for particularly high loads. In addition, around 800 m of profiles from our partner MEFA were integrated to meet the highest requirements for load transfer.
… and on the ground
More than 170 m of our Floor duct BK ensure safe cable routing on the ground – accessible thanks to the non-slip embossed cover. 135 m of KHA perforated profile rails were installed for additional cable clamp and connection construction fastening.
In combination with a wide range of form and accessory parts – from arches to branches to covers – customized support systems were created for every installation situation.
