SWELLFLEX® BS
Bentonite waterstop tape
SWELLFLEX® BS swelling tape consists of talc-powdered sodium bentonite and butyl rubber. It is used to seal construction joints that are permanently or temporarily exposed to groundwater, water running through slopes and/or surface water. The clay-based expanding material creates a self-injecting effect when it comes into contact with water, making it ideal for in-situ concrete construction. Check the swelling tape for premature swelling before pouring the concrete.
