With the whistleblower portal, we offer all employees and external parties the opportunity to report violations of legal provisions and internal company regulations - anonymously if they wish. This also includes information on human rights or environmental risks and legal violations along our global supply chain.

Every report is examined in detail, suspected cases are investigated and any violations are consistently followed up. Please ensure that the information in the report you submit is as specific as possible so that it can be processed and investigated appropriately. Whistleblowers do not have to fear any consequences for submitting a report, as reports are submitted anonymously. Please usethe form below to submit a report. It is also possible to report violations with regard to the legal areas mentioned in Section 2 of the Whistleblower Protection Act to external official bodies (e.g. BMJ, BaFin, Federal Cartel Office, external reporting offices of the federal states and EU institutions and bodies).
