Our photovoltaic mounting system offers many advantages: it is statically optimized and tested, simple in design, inexpensive, and easy to install. Our system is suitable for crystalline modules with frames, thin-film glass modules, and full-size modules with bonded back rails. PohlCon Solar thus supplies a mounting system that complies with the DIN 1055 standard and the Eurocodes – statically optimized for single, double, or multiple rows of modules. We manufacture the parts for our substructures in our own factories. Our support profiles, cross and longitudinal beams, diagonal bracing, and connecting parts are made of galvanized steel and have a service life of 10 to 25 years. This enables us to offer you a substructure for your open-space system that is tailored to your needs.

Single and double row PV module arrangement
The single-support mounting system for photovoltaics is ideal for soil that is difficult to pile, as it requires minimal material and reduces drilling costs. It can be equipped with either one or two rows of modules.

Multi-row PV module arrangement
The two-support system is a cost-effective, stable solution for soil that is easy to pile, offering impressive performance with minimal material usage and simple foundations. It can be equipped with up to four rows of PV modules.

East-west system
Our east-west systems enable better use of space and higher electricity yields in the morning and evening hours thanks to their orientation in two directions – regardless of the module type.

For bifacial modules
Our substructures are optimally designed for bifacial modules, prevent yield losses due to shading, and enable their use in all system variants at no additional cost.
