Elevator insulation

The standard elevator insulation JAI-A consists of several layers of steel and elastomer plates and the associated hook-head t-bolts. It is usually attached to the JTA W anchor channel. Mounting is flexible either using a round hole connection or, in the adjustable version, via a slotted connection. The load-bearing capacity of JAI-A elevator insulation is determined in accordance with the TÜV certification, taking into account the deformation criterion for guide rails according to EN 81-20.
