FB Shuttering Strip AS-CV

The FB Shuttering Strip AS-CV is made of fibre concrete and expanded metal strips: It is used for the geometrically clean execution of joint in combination with PENTAFLEX® and KUNEX® ABS formwork elements as well as unsealed formwork elements. It ensures that the areas between the reinforcing bars crossing the joint are closed. This improves the waterproofing quality of the concrete in the boundary layer and so also the quality of the subsequent second casting section. The FB Shuttering Strip AS-CV reliably reduces the amount of concrete leaking out and minimises the loss of fine particles. It has a reinforcement spacing of 100, 150 or 200 mm and is available in versions for concrete cover from 30 to 50 mm thick. Due to different expanded metal heights of 80 or 120 mm, the shuttering strip can have total heights between 110 and 170 mm.
