Shear dowel

The shear dowel HED-S consists of a hot-dip galvanised or stainless steel dowel and a sleeve. When combined with the GS/GSQ stainless steel sliding sleeve or GK plastic sliding sleeve, the dowel can be shifted at right angles to the joint and transmits shear forces in a longitudinal and/or transverse direction. The shear dowel HED-S is available in standard lengths of 300 to 500 mm for various diameters. For example, it can absorb rated resistances for the load-bearing capacity of steel of up to 17.5 kN in joints up to 40 mm wide. Other lengths and diameters are available on request.
