H-BAU Technik PENTAFLEX® OBS crack control elements for in-situ concrete components consist of PENTAFLEX KB® joint sheets with the proven special coating and wings made of galvanised sheet steel that weaken the concrete cross-section. This forms predetermined cracks in the wall or floor The sealing element seals the resulting crack against pressurised and unpressurised water. This stops shrinkage cracks from occurring randomly – instead they form at the planned points, which are also immediately sealed.
