Shear dowel

Half of the shear dowel HED-P is provided with a plasticised spring element, which makes a sliding sleeve unnecessary. The other half is made of stainless steel or galvanised steel. This combination makes it ideal for subsequent installation after the first construction phase. Drilling is used to insert the side with the plasticised spring element. The other side is cast during the second casting stage. The dowel shifts at right angles to the joint. Shear forces are transmitted vertically and parallel to the joint. The shear dowel HED-P is available in standard lengths of 300 to 500 mm for various diameters. Other lengths and diameters are available on request.
