SINTON® X

The impact sound insulation element SINTON® X decouples stair landings from masonry or concrete walls. SINTON® X consists of a polyurethane box with integrated elastomeric bearings for transferring loads, a filler for stabilisation during casting and a frame for fastening to the formwork. It is the basis for all other SINTON® X variants. Different forces can be transmitted depending on how the thrust bearings are placed.

  • Design X1 = thrust bearing below / for positive shear forces
  • Design X2 = thrust bearing below and above / for positive and negative shear forces
  • Design X3 = thrust bearing below, above and on sides / for positive and negative shear forces and horizontal forces
  • For in-situ and prefabricated landings
  • Two-part filler for stabilising the box during casting or bricklaying
  • Impact sound insulation ∆L*w ≥ 23 dB
