Fire-protection collar

The fire protection collar JBRM is a mineral wool insulation board with a coating on one side and is mounted on the JDSD double shear connector. As a system solution, it meets high fire protection requirements and has a fire resistance of 120 minutes (R120) in accordance with DIN EN 13501-2. The coating foams up in case of fire and completely seals the joint. The fire protection collar is available in versions 20 and 30 mm thick for the corresponding joint widths. Fire protection collars can be combined to protect larger joint widths. A maximum clearance of 10 mm is permitted in the joint. The fire protection collars are designed for different mandrel sizes.
