H-BAU Technik waterstop tapes are a reliable alternative to conventional joint sealing systems. They are flexible, which makes them suitable for joints with irregular shapes. They are used to seal joints in concrete constructions that are permanently or temporarily exposed to pressurised water. When the component is cast, the waterstop tapes are completely surrounded by the fresh concrete. They swell and build up a contact pressure that seals the construction joint. In accordance with the German watertight structure guideline, they are suitable for sealing all horizontal and vertical construction joints in buildings, civil engineering and engineering structures.
