H-BAU Technik pre-applied waterproofing systems are applied to the surface and used as additional measures in structures that are planned and executed in accordance with the German watertight structure guideline. They reduce the effort and cost of treating unplanned, water-bearing surface cracks to a minimum, particularly in high-grade buildings such as libraries, schools or hospitals. An adhesive layer combined with a special granulate creates an anti-tracking bond between the waterproofing layer and the concrete so that any cracks that occur in the watertight concrete construction are reliably bridged and remain permanently dry.
