The JLF lift shaft anchor from JORDAHL is an anchor point concreted into the ceiling of the lift shaft for material loads, e.g. protective equipment or spare parts, in the course of assembly or maintenance work. It consists of a plastic housing and a stirrup anchor, which is connected to a steel shackle via a steel bolt. The anchor is positioned on the cover by means of marking points and then nailed to the formwork. It is concreted flush with the slab into the reinforced concrete slab with a minimum concrete quality of C25/30. The JLF is delivered as a ready-to-install component with a load capacity of 20 kN or 40 kN.
Advantages
- Snap lock for quick folding out of the shackle by pressing on the rocker and stowing it flush with the ceiling after use
- Non-twisting anchor point
- Optimal inner diameter of the shackle for easy attachment of material loads
- Easy positioning due to integrated marking points on the lid
- Easy assembly due to space-saving component geometry and low weight
- Suitable for low ceiling thicknesses (from 150 mm), high lift shafts and small edge distances
- Visible marking of the load levels: blue (20 kN) and red (40 kN)
- European Technical Assessment (ETA) for material loads
