The new office building "Bau 30" was built on the "An der RaumFabrik" site in Karlsruhe Durlach in 2017. In addition to this new building, numerous other buildings are located on the approx. 50,000 m² site. "Bau 30" in particular impresses with its amorphous construction in lightness and transparency. The ground floor houses a café, the two upper floors office space of approx. 900 m² each. All three floors are connected by a massive staircase core made of reinforced concrete. The integrated atriums run through all floors and give the floors even more transparency and brightness. A greened wooden flat roof forms the upper end of the building.
