One of Berlin's central future areas, the so-called "Europacity", is being built in the immediate vicinity of Berlin's main railway station. The quarter offers space for flats, offices, retail and trade - built under ecological and sustainable aspects. ABDA - Bundesvereinigung Deutscher Apothekerverbände e. V. has also found its new home here in 2019. Offices for the staff, the board of directors and a large conference hall are located on approx. 9,500 m².

For the discreet underfloor power supply in the offices, a wide variety of underfloor products were installed, including UEK3-R round installation units, BODO NL round single outlets or UEKDS V E stainless steel hinged cover units with steel inlay.
