Mesh cable trays allow cables to be routed neatly and clearly. They are easily accessible and can be flexibly routed in and out at any point. The mesh cable trays are ideal for horizontal cable routing in the field of technical building equipment, in the chemical and food industries or in mechanical engineering. Their open design reduces the risk of heat build-up, even with high packing density. Dirt and moisture also have virtually no place to accumulate. These are particularly important properties when used in server rooms, for example.
In combination with the matching covers (GD) and corresponding fastening accessories, mesh cable trays represent an integrated, highly flexible cable support system. With the mesh cable tray connectors (GV 30, GVU, GVD), or the GVR snap-on connectors, the mesh cable trays can be installed quickly and easily in a straight line. Horizontal changes of direction are also no problem. Changes of direction are carried out using clamping pieces (GVK), for example.
Mesh panels in the application
The standard range covers all common applications. The mesh panels are available in U-, C-, G- or W-shaped designs and in various heights, e.g. 30, 53, 60 or 103 mm. Special sizes can also be manufactured on request.
The mesh panels can be attached to walls, ceilings and roofs either directly or using a profile rail. The mesh cable trays are also suitable for laying cables in raised floors. In addition to the covers and connectors, many installation components such as separating strips or spacer brackets are also available to complete the system.
Spoilt for choice
Depending on the requirements, our mesh cable trays are made from different materials and with various surface coatings: galvanized, pre-galvanized, hot-dip galvanized or stainless steel. Among other things, they ensure that the corrosion protection requirements of a wide range of applications are met. The XC coating for reliable protection in highly corrosive environments should be mentioned here in particular.
Successfully tested to corrosion category C5 - M, PohlCon offers the longest corrosion protection (corrosion protection duration of up to 25 years) for cable support systems with XC. In combination with this high-quality coating variant, the mesh cable trays are ideally suited for offshore areas with a high salt load, for industrial areas with extreme humidity and for aggressive, subtropical and tropical atmospheres.
