Solar energy plays a central role in the German energy mix of the future. In view of rising energy prices and the need to achieve climate targets, the federal and state governments and private households are increasingly investing in photovoltaic systems. This makes it all the more important to have an intensive exchange of forward-looking ideas and product innovations in this area. This year, the world's leading trade fair for the solar industry once again transformed the Bavarian capital into a central meeting place for the international solar industry.
From May 7 to 9, almost 1,500 exhibitors presented their innovative technologies, market-ready solutions and forward-looking business models for an intelligent, networked and fully renewable energy system. Around 107,000 trade visitors from 157 countries took the opportunity to exchange ideas, forge new partnerships and initiate joint projects.
Product solutions with vision
Our subsidiary PohlCon Solar, a specialist in photovoltaic mounting systems, also presented its high-quality substructures for photovoltaic and large-scale solar installations at the trade fair. The systems are statically optimized and tested, simple to assemble, inexpensive and easy to install. Our services range from consulting and planning large and small systems to production, logistics and installation.
New on the market
We were able to recommend our AGRI-PV solar fence to visitors and customers as a new product in 2025. PohlCon Solar offers an innovative solution that enables the simultaneous use of agricultural land and the generation of renewable energy. The design is specially tailored to the requirements of agrivoltaics and combines robust technology with practical agricultural suitability.
