H-BAU Technik stainless steel reinforcement is used in structures at risk of corrosion where increased protection against chlorides or moisture is required or only a thin concrete cover layer is used. It is ideal for sensitive areas of reinforced concrete construction, e.g. bridge construction or roadway crossings. It is preferably used in tunnels, underground garages, basements, retaining walls and car parks or concrete façades. Stainless steel reinforcement can also be used in demagnetised components for research centres and MRI rooms in hospitals. Concrete cracks can be prevented in this way. The reinforcement bars come in different shapes and material variants.
