H-BAU Technik rebend connections are used to create frictional connections between reinforced concrete parts from different stages of casting, such as walls, ceilings or stairs. The connections consist of a studded reinforcement box with stirrups, which is cast into the first section. Together, the reinforcement box and the stirrups transfer the acting forces over the surface of the box and into the concrete. After casting and stripping the first component, the cover is removed and the stirrups are bent into position for the second casting section. The rebend connections are available in various designs or can be custom-made.
