For the first time since 2018, ELEVCON, the trade congress of the elevator industry, took place again. The 23rd congress of the International Association of Elevator Engineers (IAEE) offered us the opportunity to present our modern product solutions from the field of sound insulation - with great success.
"Finally, something innovative."
The starting point of this positive feedback was the contribution of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Mazen Ayoubi, PohlCon's Head of Research and Innovation. As part of the extensive ELEVCON lecture program, he gave a presentation on the "Comparative study on the performance of a sound insulation element using anchor channels with hammer-head t-bolts", in which the advantages of our JAI sound insulation over other products on the market were presented. The scientifically proven facts about this future-oriented sound insulation element motivated many interested people to visit the PohlCon booth.
Here, they were able to convince themselves of the outstanding properties of our TÜV-certified JAI sound insulation solution and its novel type variants in discussions with our competence team from the mechanical and plant engineering sector. Due to the goal-oriented dialogs and the good networking during the evening events, we are looking forward to many further discussions with potential customers.
New concrete components convince
The Ulmer BetonTage is Europe's largest trade congress of the concrete and precast industry and thus the ideal platform to present the modern product solutions of our brands PUK, JORDAHL and H-BAU Technik to an international audience. Highlights among our exhibits included the optimized thermal insulation element for balconies ISOPRO® 120, the impact sound insulation element for spiral staircases SINTON® Q, the wall-flush channel WANDA from our underfloor range as well as large, serrated anchor channels from our fastening technology portfolio.
Here, too, the visitors' response to our products was positive without exception. In addition to many detailed discussions, our trade fair team Nadine Böttrich (Product Management Shell/Facade) and Piebe de Jong (Consulting Engineer) were already able to agree concrete project partnerships with new customers.
