The avoidance of disturbing background noise in elevators is a focus of modern architecture and the construction industry. This makes the intensive exchange of information on all new products, technologies and projects relating to elevators even more important. The "E2 Forum" event provides the ideal platform.
Participation in this year's forum also gave us the opportunity for intensive dialog and presentation of our innovative products for sound insulation of elevator shafts. This included the TÜV-certified JAI elevator insulation of our JORDAHL brand and its new types specially designed for elevators with high load capacity or backpack suspension.
Expertise in sound insulation
With reference to the JAI, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Mazen Ayoubi, Head of Research & Innovation at PohlCon, also gave a presentation on "Sound insulation in elevator construction with a focus on modernization based on current projects" - an aspect that fitted ideally into the title of the event "Innovation, digitalization and sustainability: Opportunities for buildings of today and tomorrow".
At the end of the event, we were able to look back on many positive, highly targeted discussions and a great deal of interest in our construction elements. This success is clear proof of the forward-looking qualities of our products.
