The seminar ‘Preventive structural fire protection: planning security according to the latest standards’ will take place online on 24 October 2024 between 1 PM and 5:30 PM.
The agenda includes five presentations followed by discussion rounds. Participation in the seminar is free of charge, registration is required:
Erik Vogler, Head of Technology & Product Development Expansion, will speak on behalf of PohlCon and report on the latest developments in the Cable Systems Directive (LAR). Among other things, cable systems with integrated functional integrity, the model cable system guideline and suspended ceiling installations in accordance with the MLAR will be examined in detail.
The event partners will also report on the compatibility of fire protection and accessibility, on fire-resistant closures and fire-resistant glass in buildings and on fire protection for curtain walls.

Fire Protection Day 2024 in Munich
PohlCon's participation in the webinar underlines the company's commitment and expertise in the field of fire protection. In 2024, PohlCon has already held several fire protection events in collaboration with Datwyler IT Infra. The fourth event in the series will take place on 7 November in Munich.
