Quality, safety and experience have always been the basis for the success of PUK, JORDAHL and H-BAU Technik. But personal contact, our service and innovative product ideas have also contributed to our success. However, in order to remain an attractive business partner in the highly competitive construction industry in the future, the group of companies had to reposition itself. In 2019, just in time for the 50th anniversary of PUK, the Pohl family made the strategic decision to merge all products of the three companies under one name: PohlCon Vertriebs GmbH.
The combined sales activities made it possible for our company to offer planners, architects and other customers one of the largest product ranges in the industry - a decisive advantage that generated a great deal of interest on the market. In this context, the positive response at BAU 2019 was particularly memorable. The new umbrella brand made its first public appearance at this leading global trade fair for the construction industry.
Onwards towards the future
On January 1, 2022, PohlCon Vertriebs GmbH, the PUK Group, JORDAHL GmbH and H-BAU Technik GmbH finally merged to form a single company - PohlCon GmbH. This step not only brought us closer together legally and organizationally, it also positioned PohlCon even more clearly as a strong, competitive construction partner.
Despite all the changes, PohlCon has always remained true to the ideals of the family business that began over 70 years ago with the innovative Hermann Pohl. His pioneering spirit and striving for the best possible quality are still the heartbeat of our company today. And so PohlCon succeeds in both representing the values of a traditional company and strengthening and expanding its place in the construction industry of tomorrow, both nationally and internationally.
