Even if plans change, the floor-level industrial trunking can be adapted to the conditions directly on site. This is ensured by our extensive portfolio of formed parts. In particular, our variable formed parts facilitate the installation of the tested and certified floor duct system. Flying sparks and welding work are a thing of the past.
Wide selection – easy installation
We have formed parts for every application. For laying cables in a bend, our floor duct bends 45° or 90° are available in different versions. We also offer different solutions for branches, crossings or vertical changes of direction, which make the installation of the floor ducts conceivably easy and optimally adapt to your individual wishes.
Variable formed parts – easy installation
Installation is even easier thanks to our variable formed parts. The floor duct telescope insert with flexible, stepless length compensation between 150 and 650 mm is outstanding and unique. With its help, two floor ducts can be variably connected to each other – without having to cut an intermediate piece to size beforehand. Subsequent changes to the floor-level cable tray system can be realised with little effort. We also offer a variable version of our bend: It can be adjusted from 0 to 90° and thus individually adapted to the desired horizontal cable routing. Last but not least, the variable floor duct attachment branch allows directional changes from 0 to 30° per angled side.
Accessories for every wish
In conjunction with the variable floor duct bend, we also offer the matching variable separating strip. Our portfolio also includes flexible solutions for the elevation of floor ducts if, for example, compressed air or cooling water systems are to be installed below the floor duct system. The floor duct brackets BKH and BKHR as well as the C-clip BKHC are suitable for this. Our KHA 41 profile rails and the Z-profile KHZ offer further possibilities for elevation.
Our floor duct Z-profile BKZ can be used to lay additional cables that are to be routed separately from other cables. It is mounted on the side wall of the floor duct and is unique on the market.
