Originating in the American art scene of the 1980s, industrial chic is now one of the most popular interior design styles. Whether in a loft, a small city apartment, a restaurant or a fashion store - with selected furniture and decorative elements, the raw factory charm has conquered almost all living environments.
The industrial style is characterized by a clear, no-frills design. It makes use of raw materials such as metal, concrete and wood - often the original materials of the room. Basically, it is a progressive furnishing style that does not hide. On the contrary: industrial chic wants to stand out and be seen.

As the system is of great interest to architects, planners and interior designers in particular, PohlCon has been presenting the product at Architect@Work events since 2021. This year, we took part in the Munich, Berlin and Frankfurt editions of A@W. The finale in Germany's banking metropolis impressed the audience with 170 exhibitors, top-class presentations, the latest trends and products, interactive stations and PohlCon's SystemPlus right in the middle of it all.
Our trade fair team reported a particularly lively and promising exchange with potential customers and other exhibitors. Above all, the exhibit combination of the IF Design Award-winning SystemPlus and a selected range of our underfloor products received a lot of positive feedback.
