The parapet is an elevation of the exterior wall above the edge of the roof. On flat roofs, the parapet is a central element because it ensures the orderly drainage of rainwater or serves as a parapet for a terrace. With JORDAHL® parapet anchors, precast concrete elements can be fastened quickly and easily to ceiling slabs. If facing masonry is to be led up to the upper edge, our JORDAHL® Attika facing anchors come into play. They secure the facing masonry freely up to the top edge of the parapet, but are themselves anchored in the ring beam of the lower wall. In this way, the facing masonry is not affected by possible deformations of the flat roof and the parapet. You can also benefit from our thermal insulation products. This way, you will fulfil thermal insulation requirements by far.
